Returns and Cancellation

For contracts with consumers in Switzerland, there is no statutory right of withdrawal for distance selling. However, we voluntarily grant you a right of return.

Voluntary Right of Return

You may return items in their original packaging, unopened and unused, within 14 days of receiving the goods. The goods must be in their original condition.

Excluded from Return

• opened or partially used chemical and care products (for hygiene reasons)
• individually cut or custom-ordered items
• vouchers and services

Return Process

Please contact us before returning items at info@autopflege-ostschweiz.ch or by phone at +41 52 723 49 50. You bear the cost of return shipping unless the goods are defective. Upon receipt and inspection of the goods, we will refund the purchase price via the original payment method.

Warranty for Defects

If goods are defective or incorrectly delivered, please contact us immediately. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected by this return policy.
